My yoga offerings

Yoga is defined as the union of the body and mind- strung together with the breath. Yoga is not just a physical practice- it is a profound and spiritual one. We need to take care of our body since it is the only one we have ! And also because it is the home where our soul resides.
I have been actively teaching yoga for over 16 years and I have managed to make my classes a deep and profound spiritual experience by integrating affirmations and visualisations in my commentary and in the yogic relaxation.
